Who we are
Roofing Perth is a referral service for roofing across the Perth metro area. When you call or send the form, we take down the details of your roof and the problem, then arrange for an independent local roofing contractor to inspect it and quote. We do not carry out roofing work ourselves, and we say so plainly on every page.
What we arrange
- Roof repairs, from leaks and cracked tiles to failed flashings.
- Full roof replacement and re-roofing, including tile-to-Colorbond conversions.
- Asbestos roof replacement, with removal by a WorkSafe WA licensed removalist.
- Commercial roofing for warehouses, shops, offices and strata buildings.
How we think a roofing job should run
We would rather you get the right job than the biggest one. So we ask that every quote comes after someone has looked at the roof, that you are shown photos of what was found, that repair is considered before replacement, and that the written quote lists every part of the work. We ask the contractors we work with to hold the registrations and insurance the job needs. Ask to see them before any work starts, and get the scope in writing.
Why we write so much
Most people replace a roof once or twice in their lives. The guides on this site are there so you can understand what you are being told, compare quotes properly and make a decision you are comfortable with. Prices are kept on one page, the roof replacement cost guide, so they stay current.
