Roofing Perth is a service-area business with no shopfront. Contractors come to you.
What to tell us
The more we know, the better the match and the quicker the inspection:
- Your suburb.
- Roughly how old the house or building is.
- What the roof is made of: concrete tile, terracotta, steel, or possibly asbestos cement.
- What is going wrong: a leak, storm damage, rust, broken tiles, or simply age.
- Whether you are thinking about repair, replacement or are not sure yet.
- Anything that affects access, such as a steep block, two storeys or solar panels.
Photos of ceiling stains or of the roof from the ground are useful if you have them.
What happens next
We line up an independent local roofing contractor to inspect the roof. They look at the roof and the ceiling space, take photos and give you a written quote. There is no charge for the inspection or the quote, and no obligation to go ahead.
If water is coming in now, say so. Move valuables away from the leak and put a bucket under drips, but do not climb onto a wet roof.
Before you call, you may find the roof replacement cost guide and the roofing FAQ useful.
Commercial and strata enquiries
Property managers, strata managers and business owners can use the same number and form. Mention the building type, roughly how big the roof is, any access restrictions and whether an asbestos register exists for the building. We will arrange a contractor experienced with that kind of roof.
